Outsourcing of HR/Personnel Support and Advice (Service Level Agreements)

We provide a range of Outsourced and Retained Services which are tailored to your requirements and can be reviewed and updated as your business needs change. We will discuss your requirements with you and then prepare a proposal and costing for your consideration. Once the scope of your required service is agreed, we will set it out in a Service Level Agreement with you. Outsourced and Retained Services can be paid for on a Monthly or Annual basis, depending on the type of service selected.

For Start-Up, Small and Medium size employers, the following are likely to be amongst your requirements:

  • Telephone or Email Support - access to telephone or email advice on a wide range of employment issues, including employment law, absence and recruitment
  • Template Documents - provision of a wide range of template Letters and Forms, including recruitment, discipline and absence. See our Documents page
  • The review of letters and documents produced by you
  • HealthChecks - a regular annual review of your employment practices, procedures and documents. See our HealthCheck page
  • On-Site Attendance - practical on-site support with employment issues including discipline and performance management

The Costs
The precise costs will depend on the level of service that you require, but:

  •  Service Level Agreements start from £95 per month
  •  Telephone and Email advice for a small to medium organisation can cost from 25p per employee per week
  •  A small to medium organisation can receive a wide range of support for as little as £1500 per annum
