An Employment HealthCheck
often forms the start of our relationship with a new client. This
may be reactive because of a problem, probably relating to employment
law, which the organisation has recently faced, or it may be proactive
because the organisation is aware that their employment practices
may be out of date, or perhaps growth has led to concerns about
compliance with the latest legislation, as well as how Employment
Best Practice could be used to support the organisation’s
objectives.
The scope
of the HealthCheck will be tailored to the needs of your organisation
and your immediate requirements. This may mean that your priority
is a review of your compliance with current employment legislation,
or perhaps a review and update of your Employee Handbook, or a comprehensive
review of all of your employment practices.
