Employee Handbooks

The majority of our Employee Handbooks are tailored and designed to your specific requirements. The contents, layout, style and binding options will all be discussed with you and a draft document will be produced to reflect our understanding of your requirements, your organisation, and to address any specific 'concerns' or requests that you may have.  Don't worry if you are not sure what you need or want - we have significant experience in this area and can provide advice and guidance on the options and topics to include in your Handbook.

Whilst the vast majority of organisations will opt for a fully tailored and comprehensive Handbook, we understand that some very small or start-up organisations may not want this type of Handbook.  We can therefore provide a starter version, which includes all of the topics that you are required to communicate to your employees under employment legislation - for example, Discipline and Grievance Procedures.   Together with an individual Statement of Principal Terms and Conditions for each employee, this Starter Handbook will ensure that you fulfil your minimum legal obligations to your staff.  Please contact us for more information on this option.
