Contracts of Employment
It is a mandatory requirement under employment legislation for all employees to be issued with an up-to-date written Contract of Employment.   A failure to issue a Contract is a very common mistake leaving the employer open to Tribunal proceedings. See our Contracts page for more information.

Employee Handbooks
Covering a wide range of contractual and general information about working for your organisation. Handbooks are available in a range of styles and options, all of which are tailored to your requirements. Our Recruitment ToolKit contains both a wide range of advice on recruitment, as well as a range of useful templates.

The advice covers a range of guidance on preparing for and conducting interviews, as well as the relevant legislation (Asylum and Immigration, Data Protection, Equal Opportunities etc) and the templates include Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, Application Form, Equal Opportunities Form, Health Questionnaire, and a wide range of Letters.
